SPRING HAS SPRUNG!
And the countdown to Easter is on! We're excited to bring to you an egg-stra special Easter Hunt this Wednesday (2nd April) to get the holidays off to a good start! And after the Easter break we're hosting an adults only Curry & Quiz night! So why not get a team together and enjoy a well deserved night off! Click the images below for event details.
We are also thrilled to see that the interactive fitness boards are now in use at Sketty Road. These are designed to inspire active play and physical engagement, making fitness fun and accessible throughout the school day.

As you know, Friends of George Spicer (FoGS) are a charity that is independent to the school. All profits we raise from our fundraising activities go towards this years £15K fundraising target for new outdoor learning spaces, games and activities for both the Kimberley Gardens and Sketty Road sites.
Our recent Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 Glow Discos raised a huge £1,376 - taking our total this year so far to a fantastic​

We are always looking for parent / carer volunteers to help us to manage and run our events - without your support we are unable to provide these events that are not only fun for the children, but also raise vital pennies towards extra provisions for the school. If you would like to volunteer, or want to find out more about ways you can support our work, please get in contact.
We're looking for a new Treasurer & Secretary to support our charity from April onwards. If you are interested, or would like to find out more about what these roles involve, please speak to a member of the FoGS Team, or send us an email.
