What Do We Do?
Our Objectives
We act on behalf, and in the interest, of all children and parents at the school Our aim is to promote relationships between the school staff and parents/carers, whilst raising funds for school resources to support our children's learning and development.
Our Funds
We engage in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. We provide and assist in the provision of facilities or items for education at the school (not provided from statutory funds) as the committee in consultation with the Governing Body, from time-to-time, determine.
Our Meetings
FoGS meet monthly as a committee during the school year to plan and review events and finances. We also discuss new ideas for fundraising
and how we spend the funds we raise to benefit the George Spicer school community.
Our Events
We work together with the school Community to faciliate:

The Annual Summer Fun Day and Winter Wonderland

Cinema parties or discos for each year group

Non uniform/donation days at the end of each half term

The Annual Quiz Night
